I have a 2014 Intaglio Defenders of Freedom set. And noticed that it is missing the printing on the top box.
Does this add value?
Should I contact the BEP and get another one?

It shouldn't but some collectors like "errors" of any kind. The coin is more important than the box - if it is a "perfect" coin don't return it.
