Recently found some old cards that I had and researched a bunch a Jordan rookie shaq rookie but couldn't find nothing on this promo any info would be greatly appreciated

My money is on this being a Broder-type card.
Unlicensed but popular back in the day.
The card has 92-93 stats on it so it must have been put out Summer/Fall 1993'ish
