Has anyone seen this before? Is this legit and if so is it worth anything?

    Sorry, but this was done after it left the mint and has no added numismatic value.

    There are companies that sell these with the outline of the 50 states. You can also find them with Kennedy's portrait. They used to be sold on a little card listing a number of similarities and coincidences between the two. There is nothing wrong with keeping stuff like this, just be aware that its going to be very difficult to find someone to pay you anything over face value for it.
