Certified Ingots 100 oz silver bar

Ok the bar I have is .999 silver (tested) and I have found another from the same company listed on eBay. I realize it’s not a well known brand but was hoping to find some history on Certified Ingots. Any direction where to get info? Looked on line and no luck.
