When looking for unopened, what is the difference in "X-Out" vs "Non X-Out" in the description?

The x out boxes were originally sent back by retailers and marked with the x. They would then be sold at a discount to a dealer like Fritch as a closeout or final sale item.
The packs inside an X out box could be made from different boxes lying around just so the original store could send back a full box for credit.
