Honestly can't say I believe the story.

I've seen posts & read the entire "happening"...and to me, it all added up to free advertising for the woman who came across the note. She ultimately advertised her own coin & currency business. It was clearly a ploy by the dealer who "let go" of the note as "change" .

Publicity is all.
