1944 D Lincoln Cent FS-01-1944D-511 overmintmark error for sale

The Red Book says this variety can also be identified as CONECA 1944D, OMM-001. Its rarity is URS-12 "For the specialists this is one of the most desirable die varieties in the Lincoln cent series."

You can see the S protruding from just above the D mintmark. Also, when I use the different effects on my Merlin magnifier (like the negative effect), you can completely see the full S up in under the D.

I am open to offers. This is a rare coin that any collector would love to own! Get it while you can! First $300 o.b.o gets it. And I am open to offers I am starting at that price because I am unsure what the grade would be but I don't want to under estimate because I desperately need the money right now. I have been waiting on my disability to go through for over 2 years now because I have a terminal lung disease. If the price seems unfair, please let me know and I will change it. I want to be fair, but I also need as much as possible. Thank you all for taking the time to look.
