Picked up a really pretty example of the Augustus Saint-Gaudens Columbian Exhibition medal in its original case. Completes a short-set trio of pieces in their original boxes:

Augustus Saint Gaudens (Saint-Gaudens double eagle, Indian Head eagle). 1892-3 Columbian Exhibition Presentation Medal in bronze.
Hermon MacNeil (Standing Liberty quarter). 1901 Pan-American Exhibition Bronze Medal in bronze.
Adolph Weinman (Mercury / Winged Liberty dime, Walking Liberty half). 1904 Gold Medal in bronze.

The story behind the presentation medal is interesting. St. Gaudens' design for the reverse side was rejected by the commissioning authority. Instead, Charles Barber (no friend of St. Gaudens) designed it. So that presentation medal is sort of a mule.

Yep. Note how I left Barber out of the list ;)
