Looks like a touch of rub on the shield and the curls.
Don’t see too many marks in the field and only a couple small marks on the cheek.
Stars are well struck, nice bright reverse and looks like original toning on the obverse.
I’ll go bold and say 64+

There's a nagging doubt in my mind that if OP wanted to have some fun, it's an UNC details for the obverse rim. I am absolute crap at telling if older coins are details; what others call damage I call character.
Great coin!
I'm in the MS65 camp - that's beautiful!

Would of guessed 58 but that’s been guessed so I’ll say MS 62
I don't see any problems. How's the luster? I'm guessing 64+ it's a pretty little thang either way.

If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

I don’t see any wear, so don’t understand the AU guesses - particularly, those below AU58. And when the obverse image is enlarged, Liberty’s face exhibits a number of noticeable marks. So MS65 seems too generous. I’ll guess MS64.

Thus far, the range of grade guesses is AU50-MS67! Several posters should look at images of at least a few graded examples of this type in various grades.😉

OK, I haven't had time to take my own pics yet, but people are mentioning rim damage..............I think what you are seeing is the holders or where the pic may have been modified to eliminate them.
Here are some other pics [again not mine]
If the rim damage people want to re evaluate the grade that is ok.
Lets have fun either way.

While the coin might be a “five cent piece”, it’s not really a “nickel”.
