Small gold klippe about 17 by 17mm, 19+ grains or 1.2 grams, ..9603 to .9630 fine per spectograph scan a few years ago.
Attributed “Germany ND Klippe Medal in Gold for John “The Baptist”” when I bought it but opinions on a forum on this site suggest it may be Russian.
One side shows Christ being Baptised by John the Baptist the other shows the adoration of the infant Christ in a manger with what looks like Greek or Hebrew writing below.
