1910 Wheat cent "What would you call this?"

I found this 1910 Wheat cent while coin roll searching, this looks like what I have heard is referred to as a strike through, where debris has fallen into the die during minting and left an impression in the coin. what are your opinions on this?

Good guess but based on the appearance of some peeled back metal, if it is not just some post mint damage then I'd say it is a lamination.
