One of these years I want to add up all of the different coins/finishes the mint makes, just curious how many different pieces we get each year.
My mom called me on Friday to ask about mint sets, she wants to buy one for my nephew who just started collecting out of pocket change a couple weeks ago. She was surprised to find out there was a difference between mint sets and proof sets. "You mean they make two different versions of each coin?!"
Oh mom... wait until I tell her about the special limited edition silver W mint mark enhanced reverse proof curved with numbered edge lettering versions of each coin!
