I'm new to collecting bills, I found this 2013 trinary dollar. Is this worth saving?

Trinary is one of those eBay terms made up by people trying to hype something that really doesn't have a collectors base. Your serial number is interesting but not considered a fancy number. Condition is everything in modern notes and yours is not that great. If it was crisp Unc, you might be able to get a few bucks for it from the great unwashed masses on eBay, but yours may not be worth the cost/effort to list. However, keep it if you like it.
BTW: there is a Currency forum here. Next time, that would be a better place to post

I look at notes like that and think...so close yet so far.
The guy who got the bill 11 notes before yours got a radar note.
And a nice "solid center" at that.
Probably not...but it shows me you have a good eye and will find a keeper eventually.
With banknotes condition is important. The four 5's is nice but not enough. If the zeros or ones were on both sides, then you got sumptin! The hunt continues. Peace Roy
