Can I get a different TrueView pic if I don't like the one I have?

Just wondering...
I have 2 that I think are overexposed & one that has a weird color.

Do I just send in for a re-holder?
Do I add a note or something?

    I believe Phil or one of the other staff can help. They have always been very responsive to me.

    You can send coins in for True View images without having them cracked out of their holders. They are shot through the plastic. However, I suggest you contact PCGS and let them know what is coming and if it should be left in the holder or not.

    Have you tried to take better pics on your own. Just curious how they look?

    Phil usually takes several photos. Email him and ask if he has an alternate shot.

    If the coins have not shipped call and put them on hold and call Phil. He will work with you. Or you can sometimes take the photo into Adobe Photoshop and adjust to get the color or whatever right.

    No response....Any other E-Mail recommendations?
    Are you sure Phil still works at PCGS?

    I've noticed that a lot of the new TrueViews are not even close to the quality of the ones featuring the old template. (non shield)
    I have 3 submissions ready to go but I think I'll wait.

    @lablover

    Probably more appropriate for a PM. I know I wouldn't want my direct e-mail address posted in a public-facing forum.

    I believe I got it in a public forum. But, we'll delete to be safe. Thanks.
