Lincoln proof sets????

I really do not understand why PCGS does not include all four proof issues from the 2009 Lincoln centennial series and as well as West Point mint marked proofs in the 1959 to present set of Lincoln proofs? Seems to me that to have a complete set you need ALL of the coins officially produced by the U.S. Mint.

There are two Registry Sets for 1959 to Present.
The Basic set Does include the W Cents from 2019 and 1 2009 Cent
The Major Varity Set includes all four 2009 Cents.
It appears that all of the Basic Sets include only 1 2009 cent.
Maybe you should change to the Major Varity Set.
