Question about the flip PSA gave this card. BLACK, or not BLACK??

Card in question is the 2007 Topps David Ortiz Highlights Relics - Jersey, # HRDO, PSA 8.
The other card, 2011 Topps Update David Ortiz, #US42, BLACK.

Should the 2007 card have been graded as a BLACK? There is a slightly different texture between the 2 cards along the borders. But still, there's plenty of BLACK on the 2007.

Thoughts and opinions welcome.

The 2007 base set had black borders. 2011 had white borders, so black is a parallel.
