"Pop 0" and still in the Registry

Was looking through my sets, and saw that my 1962 Post Bart Starr PSA 9 was now listed as a Pop 1, none higher. Thought that was interesting, because it was previously Pop 2.

Looked up the other known PSA 9 in the #1 set. It was still registered to that set, and also showed Pop 1

Then I noticed another irregularity. A previously Pop 1 PSA 9 Boyd Dowler was now Pop 0, but still listed in the #1 set
However, doing cert verification, it is no longer found in the database
Anyone ever see this happen before?

I believe cards disappear from the pop report when they are under review.
Interesting, Thanks. Didn't think many people reviewed vintage PSA 9's hoping to get 10's. Can't imagine there is much success. Will be interesting to see if any bump. Ran through the Packers cards and saw that the certs for PSA 9 Jerry Kramer and PSA 9 Paul Hornung also are absent. I currently have the only PSA 10 Hornung, sooo.....

Cards go from 9 to 10 in a review sometimes....> @rhilbeli said:

I will never understand PSA grading standards for hand-cut cards. The PSA 10 Hornung has zero black border showing, which I thought made it an automatic "authentic".
The Hornung actually does have the full border, just doesn't show well against the black background. That being said, I prefer examples that are cut with some white around the border (see Starr above). I have seen some examples where the black border is questionable though.

The Hornung is definitely gorgeous! And I agree with being able to see the white border for sure.
I used to think this too, however it's up to the grader. If he/she decides "enough" border is there, the card doesn't need ANY black lines around to achieve a number grade.
Well, his PSA 9 Hornung did not bump, but the PSA 9 Dowler did (now PSA 10).
PSA 9 Bart Starr and Jerry Kramer were also sent in for review, but did not bump.

Congrats on the Dowler bump!! Very nice.
