A normal 1969-S 1c. Reflected light from the surface that makes the numbers appear to be doubled.

I also have checked the reverse fir die markers according to Wexler s site and seems like a few match

It is not the 1969-S Doubled Die Obverse. The lettering will be clearly doubled where you don’t need any magnification.

Looking at your second pic ... comparing it with the DOO-002 that @Hemispherical posted for your reference.... it looks to me like you have the DOO-002.
