Paypal question???

I haven't sold anything on E-bay for about 15 months or so. I just sold my first item and received an email from paypal that the payment is on temporary hold. The email states: we believe this transaction may involve a higher than usual risk. There's no need to do anything and as long as no claims are raised by the buyer, the funds will be automatically released in 3 days. The buyer has 100% feedback, 115 positives. Is this standard procedure now? Sale was $643. Thanks for any input, I would hate to send out and somehow not receive funds.

    You should be ok, I had a similar thing happen to me when I had taken a break from selling.
