What has happened to the 123 Type One unburnished Goodacre dollars That were in Glenna's Possession?

I handled most of the 5000 Goodacre coins. There is a distinct difference between TYPE I (unburnished post-strike), TYPE 2 (burnished, both pre and post strike) yet only ANACS, and I've been told NGC recognize Type 1's.
Why not Pcgs?
Both are obviously different from business strikes. ICG holdered and numbered nearly all of the 5000 and found 123 (more found later) were not burnished post-strike.
ICG certified these as Type 1's as numbers 1-123. These were graded as specimens as they did not receive post strike burnishing, the others were not. Pcgs saw fit to grade the burnished type 2's, ICG did not.
A number of years later Jeff Garret Bought the unsolds in Glenna Goodacre's possession and had all or part reholdered them in un-numbered Phil Deihl Pcgs holders. Did Glenna hold on to some or all of the type 1's? Did Jeff Garret hold on to some or all of the Type 1's? Were most or all just mixed in with the Type 2's and put into un-numbered Pcgs holders?
I know Jeff and cannot believe he would not try to exploit the extra value the Type 1's represent. But who knows? Maybe someone can ask him.
I know from these boards that #18 is still in an ICG holder. Did Jeff sell some or all the Type 1's he received? In case some of you do not know the story behind these coins, refer to my Coin World article of december 2000. Reprinted in smalldollars.com. Sorry, I am not proficient enough to set up a link. Maybe someone on the boards can. J.P. Martin

I meet Glenna @ the 2000 ANA in Philadelphia I waited until she started to sell her coins I was first in line and when she started to sell a man came up with a gentleman from Harris and jumped in front of me and said I'll take two of whatever your selling, She personally signed my coin which is #2043 ICG started with #2003 for some reason, I also have one from the First Strike Ceremony but I can not get PCGS or NGC to recognize it as a variety, When you lay this coin down beside the production,& The Glenna presentation piece it does have a different "look" to it. It is not the same.

And yet the Goodacre is still the rarer coin, 5000 vs 7500 and 25 years older. The variety one
(Non Burnished) has a mintage of under 130 (128) Certified and reported, to my knowledge.
The differences between the business strikes and specimens is striking! (pun intended).
Jeff Garret bought most of the remaining ICG sealed Type Ones and disregarded the Status of numbering from ICG and I believe the status of the Type ones. ICG did Buy around 20 Pairs of the Type ones and twos from Glenna, Those are still extant and in numbered ANACS holders
There were 2.5% of the hoard That were labeled type one, struck on unburnished blanks. Same
strike and finish as 2005-2010 satin finish coins. The original group Delivered to Glenna came in 3 Yellow mint boxes, and in yellow top tubes. The type ones were not pulled from the first box and sent out to Glenna to be disseminated. In the next 2 boxes the type ones were pulled and certified as such. The Type ones are a real subset of a well documented Specimen Striking a and sold. There were type ones in this first box and on par with Pattern Cheerios's dollars and should be priced accordingly and put in the Redbook as such. Again the differences are notable in or out of the holders. J.P. Martin
