Help Needed to Inspect a Lot - Does Anyone Live Near Beverly, Mass?

I'm interested in an item that is available for viewing in Beverly, Mass. If someone lives near there and has skills assessing the condition of baseball cards, I'd like to request your help to view the lot. The seller doesn't have a great reputation for condition assessment and it's a higher dollar item. I can make it worth your while. The lot would have to be viewed this week, sometime between 10AM and 5PM. Please PM me if you can help.
