Wax Pack Grading...

PSA-9...no tears and wrapper centered
PSA-8...no tears and wrapper slightly off-centered
PSA-7...minor tears and/or wrapper off-centered
<PSA-7...major tears

Anyone know the grading guidelines for wax packs? I noted what I have observed in working on my 1960s 5-cent wax pack run.
