What do you guys think. Real or fake?
I’m thinking they might be fake because they came with these fake silver dollars

I believe the braided hair cent is also a fake as the bust is more tilted unlike the one I have.

Think both are fake as the cornet head’s 2 in the date looks off.
Anyone please post your thaughts

From my limited knowledge I am leaning toward genuine on the 1820. I believe it to be similar to this 20 over 19 example:
I would be skeptical because the lot came with 4 fake US coins. I’ll look into it

I guess it depends on who you bought it from and how much you paid also.
But I can see where you would be skeptical in this case.
Why do you think that 1804 dollar is fake?????????
As for the cents..... the eye looks a little "off" on the 1820, but I'm no expert.
the cents look ok to me
Without magnifying the images I agree with the cents look genuine comments.
What I’ve found on coinfacts is that the bust seems to be angled more than the one I have.

Both cents look fine to me.
Lance.
The image of your coin is appears to be tilted rather than flat so it may look funny.
I’m in the cents are genuine boat. The cornet looks just fine to me.
Thanks. I was very skeptical because of the obvious fake silver dollars that they came with. However they smell of tobacco any way to remove the smell?
Plus can anyone confirme the 1820 as a 1820/19? Thanks!

Try one of those little pine tree air fresheners.
I am also leaning toward "genuine" on the cents. Its not that they couldn't be fake, but they are worn and torn like an old cent might be, whereas the fake dollars are newer looking fakes.
This just may have been some newbie's budding coin collection that started with a couple old cents and then progressed - and ended - when they got burned on the dollars.
I think the cents are OK......
To get rid of the tobacco smoke smell wrap your coin in a fabric softener sheet.

Both cents appear genuine.
The 1820 is the N-3 variety, R2 - yes, it's the small date 2/1.
Thanks!
