Very cool and intricately engraved love token on the back of an 1892 Barber quarter.
This is the piece I asked for interpretation on in the US Coin forum. Consensus seems to be the initials are "LV" but could very well be 'AJ", "LIJ"?? Whomever its creator was, they were clearly very skilled.

The obverse is in lovely AU condition with full LIBERTY and only minor wear here and there. Reeds on the edges are nice and sharp, too. This likely means the engraving was done contemporaneous to its release. 1892 was the first year of issue and of course coincided with the Columbian Exhibition among other events.

Great uncleaned original surfaces obverse and reverse, shades of blue and peach around devices on the obverse.
