Hope maintenance looked at that plane good during the turn. Pretty good burn hole on the radome from a lightning strike. Looks like it needs a tap test and tape for sure.
Now I will add the Buys in no particular order. I calculated my total trip cost including Lucy Boarding at 659.45 will be tax return item 😎 excluding coin purchases
Educational section other pictured and PCGS display pics tomorrow. I’m tired and Lucy says hi to all. Such a great show. So many card names etc to organize. Night all

How hot does the coin actually get? Steam is created when water is heated to temperatures above 212F.

I asked him what about any dust or other small environmental items on the coin? How can you steam it without leaving hairlines or other damage. His answer was not clear to me but he used a dirt Kennedy and it didn't show any signs after. It runs just under 60 bucks to buy. May be a nice tool to have in a shop. He said just add water. No need for distilled etc. while I didn't buy it, it might be a nice to have for those who have a lot of old coins they want to STEAM. It also does household cleaning like air vent etc.

Sorry I’m all about the hot sauce lately or at least for those steel pennies with white coating that makes the coin unreadable. Forgot a before but here is after.

Come by the PCGS table and check out our Flying Eagle and Indian Cent display - including 12 piece patterns!
Many asked to get some pictures of the Flying Eagle and Indian set so here are some to accommodate @DMWJR request. I will post in several comments so they are easier to load
I've seen several show reports over the years and I like the way you did it. Cliff Mishler published some good ones in the "old" days featuring just the people he met. Pictures are better when you cannot be there.
PS Will ANY forum member here who has NEVER picked their nose care to lie about it?! Please edit those low class-postings I just flagged. That's probably someone's wife or girlfriend.

Agree it is bad taste but not me Though close resemblance 😂
Those flyers and Indians were friggin' amazing. So old and beautiful and in such a high grade. Who would have thought it possible. I'd probably have to take out a second mortgage to afford something like that. Thanks for sharing KK.

It was tough getting all the pics without glare from display case so I did my best to give you at least a peek of a picture to see.
Thanks for the report and all of the great pics, lots of work to take all of those puc, I am sure everyone here appreciates them, I do like the flying eagle cent, I just have one

Not to worry, Kathy, it is very hard to see coins in slabs and in a display case when at a show. You captured the moment for those of us that could not be at the show. Your report was about the coins and the collectors which was quite novel....
No restaurant and wine reviews, but Lucy probably appreciated that.

Jewelers use pressurized steam to clean things. Heat speed reactions so watch out and experiment first.
