FS - Really neatly toned 1836 classic head $5 half eagle.
These photos don’t do justice to the neat coppery toning or the luster on both the obverse and reverse. From its source, I do not think this coin has ever been to CAC.
1836 was the year of the siege of the Alamo and the war for Texas independence. What a cool piece of history!!
