These bags of Dollars came out pretty rough. So far, not many MS66 coins getting graded. I went through a lot of dollars and only got (5) 4-Coin sets. Some of the details in these designs are going to be difficult for high grades.

Contact hits or mushiness?

Mostly Contact hits. It seems to be the luck the draw. Looks like only (37) sets of MS66 are possible with the normal dealer submissions. And only (2) MS67 in all varieties.
