Counterfeit Jeter Topps Rookies on Ebay

Newbie here. I was dismayed recently finding that four Jeters that I had purchased from one of the larger auction houses on Ebay were graded as questionable by PSA. I had purchased these in September of 2018 but sent them in for grading in 2019. Upon inspection I can see a darker border around Jeter's name on the back and a very slight bluriness in the trademark. I tried several times to contact the seller but never got a response. I was wondering if anyone else has run into these.

Lets not bury the headline ... you told a "large auction house" that PSA concluded questionable authenticity on a card you bought from them, and you then reached out to them several times ... and they never returned your email? Did you call them?
Always encourage private transactions to be handled privately, but if this is all true, then it's not the cards we should all be on the look out for, its the seller.
not sure of any archival sites but first thing i would do, if still possible, is grab screen shots from the auction to prove they are the exact cards after such time frame.
if you have those, it should be pretty easy to compare cards and any reputable auction house should reimburse quickly.
if not, chalk it up as a paid lesson.
if you find them and seller wont reimburse, definitely post their name to warn others.
best of luck!
If after attempting contact multiple times and no response, I would put that large eBay auction house on blast all over the net. I can't stand when people get ripped off.
