Ebay scam - wvcardsandcollectibles selling fake '90 Topps NNOF packs

I usually ignore most NNOF scams on Ebay because there are so many but I saw yesterday that wvcardsandcollectibles had already sold 19 '90 Topps cellos at a whopping $25/pack under the claim that they came from the same case in which an actual NNOF had been pulled.

You can already see on his page that the first feedback lets users know that his pack contained normal '90 Topps cards and not errors:

Now anyone well versed in NNOF knows that there has never been a confirmed pull from anything but wax. So, knowing this was probably a typical lazy, albeit successful NNOF scam, I engaged the seller asking him for pictures. And of course he sends me literally the second sponsored google image result for "Frank Thomas NNOF" which is a BGS 9 currently listed for $19,999. He's cropped out the slab and the cert as his claim was he's "sent it off for grading" but the earmarks - scratches in the bottom right orange corner and a print dot to the right of Frank's face - are unmistakable.

I gave him the chance to come clean and offer refunds to his poor buyers but he has doubled down on his story along and added in some new fabrications, so I figure the only recourse is to report the listing and then come here to warn prospective buyers away. Stay far away and block this scammer.
