This has probably been asked many times here as I notice this is a very busy forum. So excuse any redundancy as I’m not a seasoned coin / PM guy. Where do most of you obtain current or prior year releases other than e-bay of American Eagles?

Well I know you said other than eBay but that's where I typically buy from. You can purchase direct from any of the large online dealers but ironically they usually have better deals on their eBay stores then they do on their own sites.
All said Apmex, Provident, JM Bullion, Bullion Exchanges, Kitco, are all very reputable. Sign up for their email notifications so you know when they are running deals. You can also go to these sites to compare some prices and link directly to the dealers:

The whole worlds off its rocker, buy Gold™.
Yep forgot MCM and dbs both good as well.

like blitz said, many reputable big dealers on ebay. With earning ebay bonus bucks you can often get them close to spot. Note that bullion category is not eligible for ebay bucks but many sellers, mostly the small guys, will list in a coin non bullion category to make them eligible. It's how I buy all my bullion.

I'm %99 tax free Private sales. Most Ebay Bucks now go to taxes on the sale. Just bought a roll of 1987 SAEs for 410 shipped on another board and that is not unicorn at all.
Impossible from dealer or eBay
Loves me some shiny!
Lcs and local shows.
I buy a lot on the BST. Once in awhile I can find a nice coin that realistically priced.

For bullion on eBay, I only purchase from major bullion dealers. For ASE's, my LCS has better pricing than online so unless I find one of the major dealers has a special, I stick with my LCS.
I have no problem on eBay.
Fortunately no tax on coins and bullion here.
I have a lcs who will entertain most of the bay special pricing and have had some decent luck at shows especially with cash in hand.
