Never have been a member, but seems like a good deal.

    Thx, I'll check it out.

I was a member a couple years ago. I joined specifically for the submission benefits you refer to.

I applied online, all I see is a 3 year membership, I tried the code, but was rejected.
What membership level is the code for?

Not the kind of publicity the ANA needs. I know I just paid $46 for one year's membership - the check cleared Thursday.

I'm very close to pulling the plug. The high likelihood of going to Rosemont is what is keeping me in.

If they did 50% off a lifetime membership, I'd do it right now.

    They should really consider that.

I own this one but I'd love to get one of these for myself :)

If you are really really old perhaps they only offer you the 3 year so you don't waste your money?!?

No 5 year option link here either, just single year at different levels or lifetime.

Here are the steps I took to produce the desired effect
    1. Log into money.org
    2. Go to my profile
    3. Click on the renew membership or join link. for me it was renew
    4. type in information and there was a place for the promo code below where the 1, 2, 3, or 5 year options were. I did not have a lifetime option

When you get to the two buttons, "Add to Cart" or "Pay Now", choose Pay Now and then you get the options.

Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

I really like it because it connects me to him more. I also have his silver 25th anniversary medal along with his ANA conference medals that are worn. PCGS grades these so there should be a TrueView of this one day :)

Tried every thing that was suggested, still rejecting code. I tried a Table and a Desk Top, both dead end. My screens both displayed “add to cart” button only. Also, 3 year option for Platinum level, 5 year for silver or gold levels (digital access only).
    Thanks for the assistance
I’ll give them a call on Monday morning.

My membership elapsed last year, so I'm taking advantage of the 5 year membership now. How can you beat 6 years for $64?

Thanks to the OP for posting the discount code.

sometimes when you highlight things to copy and paste them, it adds a space before or after the letters. perhaps you are adding a space somewhere.

I'll have to try again later, since additional suggestions have been posted.

The ANA organization can be a convenient punching bag (deserved at times), but the Numismatist magazine is the bomb for me, and makes it all more than worthwhile.

This was posted a couple days after I paid all my 2020 dues notices (I think they multiply by themselves every year) -- I looked for an extension link but all I found was a "Thank You" for paying my 2020 dues. I'll just have to raise some of my So-Called $ prices at the FUN Show to make up for the opportunity cost loss.

  • JBKJBK Posts: 15,732 ✭✭✭✭✭

    Thx a million @davids5104 !

I took the 5 year digital membership or $64.

I can't overstate how big this is for me, as it will help jumpstart some projects that had been lingering on the backburner for too long, such as getting some errors and Bashlow Confederate cent restrikes slabbed.

For those who already renewed why not extend, and for those who have been on the fence, this should be a big push. A five-year digital membership is one of the cheaper numismatic purchases many people will make.

I might be wrong, but I would think you might need to the "renew" button...

I hope the person who handles memberships at ANA wasn't hoping for a slow morning. They probably fired up the computer and said, "What the heck is all this?". :D

ATS = "Across The Street", commonly used to discretely refer to the other top tier grading service.

Hope you can figure it out - I'm Not Gonna Clarify further. ;)

I had already renewed so that button wasn't available & no way to add on years.

I called them this morning, got the 50% discount! THANKS FOR SHARING.
I asked why the code would not work online for me...........she said it was because I was a former member 15 years ago. She cleared it up with a couple of key stokes.....All is Well.

    Interesting,.,

I wonder if you can call them (if you are so inclined).

I must say their system is a bit odd. My membership lapsed a couple years ago and I still had to "renew" instead of "sign up" because I was still in their system.

I also noticed that the option to get a 5 year membership was only on the digital membership - the one with the physical magazine only went out to three years. Maybe they are worried about future postage charges.

Thanks to the OP. Had a membership notice on my desk due in February. Used the promo code. Five years of Gold Level Membership for $64. To pay yearly, it's $28.

Some people like getting "their" membership number back - it shows when they joined. It also doesn't inflate the total # of members over time.

The promo doesn't do anything for me, but that's because - see my sig.
