I got my bucks also I mean the 6-8-10% off promotions.

I was trying to remember what happened last January. I can't remember if there was a lull after all the promotions in December or not.

It might be when you purchase, not when you pay that qualifies for the big promotional discounts. Not really sure.
I say pay, that way we are guaranteed to get a promo right after.
JK, usually there wont be a promo period early in the first qtr, but you never know.

Yes, seems like every time I buy something big and pay 10% Bucks come out the next day,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
after a payout, the next payout is usually on the 3rd week of the month on a Monday or Tuesday, so your looking at either the 20th or 21st of January, definitely pay

You will not get ebay bucks for them. I thought this was the case...even showed when I paid I earned the ebay bucks bonus...went to my account and they were gone(well except the normal amount)
A while back I had this happen...2 hours later the bucks offer hit. I contacted the seller and got them to cancel the sale and relist so I could get $100 in ebay bucks!
I got the impression they rolled out eBuck bonuses when they were not meeting 'projections' of gross sales. I remember last year in some months they came out 3-4 times.
Ok, I paid. eBay Bucks will now come out on Monday.

Usually, the first bucks promotion of a new quarter comes the 3rd week of the first month, and it's usually 8%. So that will be the only chance to use one's bucks from the prior quarter and also earn bonus bucks on it. Last quarter the timing of the first promotion was a little off from that.
Hard to wait with Q4 bucks burning a hole in my pocket!
