The coin is 1807 O-105, and Tompkins T-4, the most common of 1807. It is an intermediate die state with reverse die cracks but not yet O-105a because the die chip at ED has not developed. Tompkins is more descriptive on die stages than Overton, it is Tompkins obverse die stage 2 with clashing above date, and reverse die stage 2 with die cracks and chip between S and O.
