I’m curious about the milky film on both certified coins ;each of them were graded without any detail of environmental damage or cleaning
Does anyone have any insight or explanation Thanks

Describe the film and say where you see it in a single image as sharply focused as you can.
The Anacs coin in particular has two tones does it look natural?
Cannot tell for sure from the image but it looks OK.
It looks like you have a darkly toned coin with light areas where the toning has been worn off.
