I recently purchased a coin with a notation that it was purchased from Andy Singer. I do not recall seeing this name before (but I have not much been into ancients, for a while). Is he still around?

I've known Dr. Singer for 25+ years. He is very knowledgeable about numismatics
as well as history and languages. He speaks several fluently. I always stop at his table
and I come away with a treasure or two.

I knew the name sounded familiar. I bought coins from him around 35 years ago, the company was Numismatic Consultants and Gordon A. Singer Is listed for Medieval Coins on the invoices I have. He put notes on them and signed it Andy.

Really great person and very knowledgeable. A really class act, gave him an envelope with coins in it and told him to give me what they were worth and he did and was great. Would not do that to many other dealers
