Weimar Republic silver Medal 400th Anniversary of Augsburg Confession 1930, grade request.

Hi,

I've just won this medal on an auction. Because there are not many pieces that I can find online it's hard for me to get an approximate grade for it. Hence I ask for your opinions upon the medal.

Thanks,

Redfox

    Looks nice

Details look sharp and skin original.

I see no wear, it's UNC. A desirable piece.

Terrific addition. From the image it looks MS. Congrats

Grading medals is difficult because the grader has to know the original patination, if any, as well as the amount of wear or rubbing. I'm no expert on that medal but suspect the surfaces are not original, especially the portrait side.

    All glory is fleeting.
