I don't know if it is counterfeit, I can't find any examples with the blue printing on the reverse.

so, I just noticed that it looks like someone "erased" text under the frame on the reverse.
I can barely make out "RE" starting on the left, so am assuming the word would be "REPRINT"...0

I think Sweet Caporal is always red, and there should also be a factory notation below the “350 subjects.”
Definite fake.
The font on the front is the wrong color and style, and as PaulMaul said, T206 Sweet Caporal backs are always red.
