First off this coin was recently graded 66+ by PCGS (my humble opinion is more like 67). (CERT VERIFICATION #38606533)

Those are polishing lines and pretty common on Morgans and also in those areas.
Not saying yours is this VAM as we'd have to see pics of obv and rev but just using this as an example.

I have seen this on Bust Quarters where it is a clash from reverse. I don't know what it would be here on a Morgan.
Bag Marks? Cheek is dinged up for a 66+.

Wild speculation: some sort of planchet mark remains after striking? Or some high point die damage? The marks are in the in use areas or shallows of the surface?

I was kinda thinking along those lines too, thought maybe from an early strike after the die was repaired since the lines are so parallel to each other, almost looks like the lines are there for a purpose. Thank you for taking the time to look!
