As an O's fan, love having a guy like Rutschman in the system. I hate how expensive his cards are right now though.

In terms of sustaining value, not the no hussle, me me me part.
Buddy of mine was in until it hit $18K. Says he would've graded it and felt it would pull down over $25K graded.

All I can think about when I see this is just imagine what a Tom Brady 1/1 would go for. Could be millions.
This is beyond comprehension. I don't get it. Do they think he is the next Trout ? I don't get this, just like I don't get that prior to the big bang something existed which consolidated itself enough to cause the big bang.
To each his own obviously but for $25-28k there are a ton of better options for value and growth. If you are a huge fan of Adley or the O’s I can see wanting to college his cards, but with $28k you could buy some major stuff whether it is cards, stocks, or a small business 😄
Maybe it's one of these shoe guys looking to get into collecting cards.
