How do I submit...

I have some items that are too large for the supersize holders but too small for the jumbo holders. The dimensions are perfect for the T-3 holder, but they are not T-3s. Among the cards are a 1985 Topps Super and a 1986 Topps Box Bottom Panel.
When I began my submission, the grading fee was shown as $75 for items this size. Since these are not T-3s but will fit nicely only in T-3 holders, is there a smarter, less cost prohibitive way to submit these cards? Clearly, paying $75 for these items would not be cost beneficial, but I do want them encapsulated. What are my best options?

Call PSA and discuss it with them before submitting.
All right then..... Who is the early 80's Metal band in the pic. I know a LOT about the era but not recognizing.
The Garvettes.
Thank you. I'm hoping they'll work with me on this.
The band is L.A.-based Vengeance. This photo was probably taken around 1987 or 1988.
I have had great luck in speaking with Cosetta and Gayle.
I just spoke to PSA, and they told me that these would have to be submitted at the Jumbo level. Better than $75, but still $50 for cards that probably wouldn't be worth much more than the grading fee. Oh well. At least now I know!
