Surprise Poppage

Well with the new system I thought the days of the surprise email that your order has popped was gone. I had a sub from August pop today. Checked last week and it was still in Research stage. Then the email today that grades were ready. Based on my recent experiences its hard to believe that a 100+ bulk sub went from Research to shipped in a week. But I won't complain.
