Research and ID

I know it's been in place a while, and talked about here before, but this is my first submission in a while and I really like the new feature of research and ID since I was able to correct 2 mistakes on my 15 card renewal submission. Having this feature saves all the wasted time and frustration that used to exist with mechanical errors.

On the negative side, these weren't tough cards to ID, and I wish there were maybe 75 characters instead of 50 to let them know about the correct version of the card they made the mistake on. Also, I hope they aren't running at 13% mistakes across all their orders.

Now instead of checking for poppage 1,000 times a day I can wear out my keyboard checking to see what stage my submission is in. lol
