It's Sheet Time

This is the latest addition to my Serial Number 1 Collection. It was acquired in a private transaction from a long-time collector who had the sheet for over 30 years but who had reached that point in life where he decided it was time to sell:

It fits my criteria of being the true "First Note(s)" for the bank as this bank did not open until January of 1932 making Type One Small Size the first notes they issued. Hey, if I'm going to spend serious money, I might as well be fussy. It's a nice sheet with decent margins all around and no folds. Eventually I'll get it slabbed like my number 1 Type Two sheet, probably after the first of the year.

Now, its on to Heritage's FUN auction next month where I've got several serious notes on my target list. Never a dull moment....
