I'll second that. My mail man is about as cool as they come. He even knows not to stick my wife's heavy Marie Claire magazines on top of my cards in the mailbox because it could bend the card. I hate those Ridiculous heavy Marie Claire magazines.

Amen, my regular guy is awesome! I've had some issues on days with substitutes while he's out, but also had supervisors drive to my house to correct mistakes, after hours, with no escalation from me.

I envy all of you. My post office & dealing with incompetent mailmen has been a nightmare.....but happy holidays everyone!

I'm all about that Jordan stuff. Cards, stickers, posters & whatever else is cool. The rarer the better. And always in a PSA 10 if I can help it.
Any other big Jordan nuts out there let me know.

While I will admit I have never had a package permanently lost, my experiences this Christmas season have not been positive. I had one padded envelope come from Washington State to NY by way of Miami. When it finally made it to my PO, it was out for delivery all day only to be scanned as delivered at 8:35 PM with no sign of the actual package. As often happens at this time of year, it was not the regular carrier and it was pitch black out, so it was delivered to the wrong residence. Yes, I got it eventually. And fortunately it was a 1972 Syd O'Brien so the angst was minimal :)

Switched to a "post office" box. Right here on the island in one of those little Pak-Mail type places, but 100% local. Accessible 24/7. And just take the golf cart up there. Address isn't listed as a po box, so same address can be used for Fedex and UPS. Best decision in a while.

My regular usps gal is great, but we have the contactees here for monday's and thursday's. They have been terrible with too many reasons to list.
