Looks silver. Weighs 5.718 gr

    Coated in a silvery material. Probably from a “special” gift set made after it left the Mint with jacked up prices.

    Worth 0.25.

    The cent on the top is off center. Normally worth $5-10 but yours has some environmental damage/corrosion. Hard to tell about the other cent, but it looks like it was pressed into a "lucky penny" holder. If so, it's damaged.

    You should always crimp your staples so they don't stick up. It's very easy for the raised part to tear the Mylar and/or scratch other coins that are stored with it. Use a clean pair of pliers or buy a stalker that leaves them flat
