GAI autograph authentication?

There is an autographed photo I want to buy that is GAI authenticated. In my opinion the signatures look good, but I have not seen it in person. You don't see many GAI authenticated autographs. I know they seemed like a legitimate company at one point but they are not around anymore?

3 of the 4 players on the photo are deceased. They are asking $285 CDN (just over $215 US). Its also about a 2.5 hour round trip to go get it as they won't ship.

Bonus points if you guess who the photo is. My username and picture is your clue.

I'm sorry, but I don't have any knowledge with which to form an opinion on the autographs or the GAI authentication. I am highly skeptical by nature on any and all autographs, though.
