Definitely from around 1965 to 1968.
I have no clue what they are.
I've searched the web and have found no info.
From an old shoe box full of Outer Limits, Ugly Cards, comic book foldess and others.
All bought in the 1960's in Canada.

I don't have a clue, but I would take the knuckle head one, type my name on it, have it laminated, punch a hole in the top, add a lanyard and wear it around my neck with pride!
Wild guess, something related to McHale's Navy? Both phrases were commonly used on that show at least.
Fearless Leader was the boss of Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale, in The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle.

It's possible these cards are part of this set.
