Hello I am having a tough time attributing this cent? I need an expert to take a look to give me your best opinion. Sorry for the poor photos. Jon

Need sharper image, For now, try N-4.
Here is one . Note this was taken with magnification.
Reverse.
Slightly better photos.
The legend on reverse seems really close to the rim in comparison to other examples.
