The cross-punched yellow header card wasn't used until 1971 so this is pack that was NOT made at the Topps factory in 1970.

The seams between sections aren't correct for 1970 either.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
