Ancient coin found...Rare? Legit?

Hello,

A relative of mine recently showed me this coin and we know nothing about it.

I'e been searching for hours, unfortunately no luck!

I measured the coin in both, mm and inches.

Also, the weight is 2.2g.

I've gotten a few different opinions, but would love to hear more from you all.

Please, let me know if any additional information needed.

Any information will be highly appreciated!

That one is fake. Casting bubbles in the fields and that spur.
